Wainwright’s Yard

Wainwright’s Yard is a retail destination, in the heart of Kendal in Cumbria. Home to a Booths supermarket, Pizza Express and local independent retailers. I was appointed to design a scheme to breathe new life into the public areas and help drive footfall. The scheme is being completed in two phases, the first phase includes new wayfinding signage throughout the yard to help visitors navigate the space, along with new bespoke bench seating.
